10 Youth Prospects Who Could Change Arsenal's Future

10. Daniel Crowley

Teenage midfielder, Daniel Crowley, is already something of a underground sensation among the Arsenal fans. Snatched away from the Brummie academy of Aston Villa last summer, the youngster has quickly become known as one of the most glittering stars amongst the Arsenal academy youths thanks to his quick feet, creativity and flair. Those abilities have already inspired auspicious comparisons with another graduate of the Gunners' youth scheme - Jack Wilshere. So quickly did the gossip of his talent spread that England boss, Roy Hodgson, took time away from training with the England team in 2013 to meet Crowley, who is being earmarked for a central midfield position in the future. Crowley didn't make it to the States to play against Thierry and his Red Bulls, but instead he played his debut for the U21's against Harrow Borough, setting up two goals in a 5-1 thrashing. If he continues to impress through pre-season, his progress could be fast-tracked. Talent, after all, matters more than mere age.
