And bringing in players of Chancel's ilk will go a long way to doing just that. The Magpies' new head coach wants to create a winning environment at St James' Park, which is something that will be alien to a lot of the current squad. Not Mbemba however, as the defender, despite making only 66 senior domestic appearances for current club Anderlecht, already has five titles to his name having won two Belgian Pro Leagues, two Belgian Super Cups and one Belgian Cup.
