Being touted as a future Barcelona boss is praise in itself, but to be given the thumbs up by arguably the Catalan club's greatest-ever coach is more than most managers could ever dream of. Yet Pep Guardiola is a huge fan of Jemez - and revealed earlier this year that Barcelona, his own side Bayern Munich and Rayo Vallecano are the only European teams to attempt to formulate a gameplan that revolves around "bold positional play". If Guardiola thinks Jemez's philosophy is positive, then it must be good.
