3. New York Knicks - <span Style="font-size: 15px;">Frank Ntilikina</span>
Believe it or not, the New York Knicks actually have a first round draft pick this year. Any fan of New York basketball knows what a miraculous occasion this is and expectations are extremely high for the team to ace this pick. The best way for them to do that would be to draft French point guard Frank Ntilikina.
Although Ntilikina has been somewhat of a mystery so far, not working out for any teams, what is known is that he's is an athletic freak with a seven foot wingspan, capable of scoring from anywhere on the floor. His athleticism and measurements put his potential through the ceiling on both offense and defense.
The Knicks needs to gamble on that potential. Their point guard situation has been woeful for the better part of a decade and instead of continuing the failed Derrick Rose experiment, they should take Ntilikina and make a move to win in the future, not lose in the present.
