His incredible idea for how football should be played has inspired the Barcelona team to play what some call 'the best football the world has ever seen' and who can argue? Not only is he composed but Pep isn't afraid to let the press have it when he's sick of the attention. Guardiola would be a perfect fit for the United board however since he announced his resignation at Barca, does it show he isn't passionate enough?
