5. Brad Pickett vs. Thomas Almeida
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uj2QXZ5TF14 Weight Class: Bantamweight England's Brad "One Punch" Pickett (25-10) has had a rough go of things in the UFC of late. Once a promising bantamweight, he ran into trouble in that division, and dropped weight classes, moving down to flyweight, where it was hoped he would turn into a real contender in the thinnest division in the promotion. Sadly, it didn't happen. He lost more than he won, and is now moving back up to his former bantamweight home. "One Punch" is coming off two straight losses, and a third will likely spell his exit from the promotion. Thomas Almeida (18-0), meanwhile, is an undefeated up-and-comer in the bantamweight division who could turn into a title contender relatively soon, and who needs a known name on his resume. Pickett could be that name, and the UFC is clearly matching up the vet with a young gun here to test where Almeida really is. More than likely, this fight goes to Almeida, whose only question mark is the level of competition he has faced. Look for Almeida to serve up Pickett's second ever loss by TKO, somewhere in the first half of the fight.
