4. Ian Holloway

Ian Holloway did a terrific job at guiding unfancied outfit Blackpool into the Premier League in May 2012 and has worked wonders once again at Crystal Palace one year on, taking the Eagles into the topflight. But, if history really does repeat itself, it could be a case of straight up, straight down again for the likable coach, who failed to keep the Tangerines in the Premiership in 2011. Palace face something of an arduous task in retaining their status in the "big time" this season and, as with all newly-promoted teams, are hotly tipped for relegation. Particularly now that they have lost their one shining light in Wilfried Zaha to Manchester United. And, if the Londoners are struggling by the end of the year, we could be waving goodbye to Holloway.
