3. England Have Wealth of Experience and Youth Coming Through
This time around England has a great advantage over previous tournament squads, variety. Roy Hodgson can either pick experienced players such as Jermaine Defoe and Frank Lampard or he can trust his faith in Danny Welbeck and Theo Walcott. Hodgson has a great choice of players, some possibly playing in an England shirt for the several dozenth time to players who are just about to put one on. The depth of the squad is important, Hodgson can field any of his players and they will still be a strong team. The choices may have angered some fans, yet Hodgson is building for the future and hoping the experienced players will guide the youth.
