2. Andre Ayew

You're probably thinking this is a surprising choice, the fella's got great real life statistics for OM in the past season (contributing directly towards 13 goals in 28 games in L1), is fantastic on FIFA 15 and you always sign him on Football Manager, but Andre Ayew is somewhat of a loose cannon when it comes to affairs off the pitch.

He has retired from International football after arguments with with the Ghanaian FA and reinstated himself for crucial qualifying games, insulted the head coach after being substituted, then ignored his team mates on the bench, been at the centre of the scandal that hit the 2014 World Cup when the Ghanaian FA had to fly in 3 million dollars in cash after the players refused to play as they weren't directly receiving their International bonuses, despite them traditionally being donated to charity (Ayew was being paid sixty thousand euros per week for Marseille at the time) and whilst widely having a fairly good disciplinary record on the pitch he most recently received a red card for arguing with a referee after Marseille had lost 3-2 in the dying seconds of a match to PSG.

Interest in Ayew was high as he was a free agent following his refusal to sign a new contract at OM; Liverpool, Arsenal, Southampton, Spurs & West Ham all made approaches to the player and were willing to meet his demands of £60k per week, he eventually signed for Swansea after securing a £5.7 million signing on fee that other suitors weren't willing to match. In the epitome of  a well run, tight-knit club that is Swansea City, where Gary Monk has instilled a team ethos built on co-operation, it will be interesting to see where Andre Ayew will fit in.
