Like the majority of the other names mentioned on the list, the 2014-15 campaign was very much a case of Victor Camarasa being a "diamond in the rough" for Levante. Though Lucas Alcaraz's side struggled until the very end of the campaign in order to save their top-flight status, the 21-year-old midfielder was so often a bright spark amid miserable times at the Ciutat de Valencia.

Blessed with combative skills to match his technical ability, Camarasa is a player who boasts all the hallmarks of someone who could translate his form into the Premier League with relative ease. And at a team like Levante - who can realistically hope to achieve little more than mid-table season upon season - the possibility of the Valencia youth product moving on is rather high.

At the same time, Levante are one of the team at the lower end of La Liga's financial spectrum. It's not very often that the east-coast side boast an array of playing assets who can be sold on for a huge profit, meaning the likes of Camarasa are usually in high demand. Already a Spain Under-21 international, the midfielder will certainly be a target for clubs looking to pick up quality for a cheap price.

Newcastle United are certainly one such side.
