The Saints may be a controversial addition to the list, after all, they did make some fine additions, but with five picks to use up in the first three rounds, they could've gone bolder, braver, and reached for far more than just patching up some of the holes in the team, while leaving the biggest void unfilled. OT Andrus Peat and ILB Stephone Anthony were both solid first round picks who'll add some muscle on either side of the ball, but throughout the entire draft, with 9 picks at their disposal, it's bizarre that New Orleans didn't select a single wide receiver or tight end. They weren't going to get a direct replacement for Jimmy Graham, but a new foil for Drew Brees seemed like a sure-fire bet. Aside from Peat, the only other offensive players they chose were QB Garrett Grayson and RB Marcus Murphy. They won't be enough to maintain their spot on top of the total offense charts, so they're counting on their defence to hold up in a mediocre division.
