5. Nuri Sahin
Best known for his time as the imagination of Borussia Dortmund he currently plays for Real Madrid. Recently Jose Mourinho has told him that his first team opportunities would be slim and that he should probably find himself a new club. Injuries kept him to only 10 appearances last season and he needs games to find his form and fitness. With question marks remaining over whether or not Ramsey will ever become the player he needs to become and whether Jack Wilshere will ever recover from his injuries. Sahin is the type of player that could easily come in and fill the gap. At 23 he has almost 200 club games under his belt and has 30 caps for Turkey so experience isn't an issue. The fact that he is likely to be available for a loan to buy deal as well should perk Wenger's interest. Sitting as a deep lying play maker he doesn't score many goals but he has a tremendous eye for a pass and has every one in his locker. He could be persuaded to join Arsenal on loan and if he were a success then it would be up to Wenger to get him to sign permanently.
