5. Julio Cesar

Before his shock move from Inter Milan to Queens Park Rangers, Julio Cesar was once considered the best goalkeeper in Serie A, and won two consecutive Goalkeeper of the Year awards in 2009 and 2010. He was also nominated for the prestigious Ballon d'Or and made the top ten of the 2011 Best Goalkeeper of the Year list by the
International Federation of Football History and Statistics. His move to the Premier League's basement side QPR came as a huge surprise to many, considering his pedigree. He is currently Brazil's number one goalkeeper having been capped 64 times by the former World Champions. If QPR get relegated this season, is a goalkeeper of this ilk really going to want to be plying his trade in the Championship? It seems unlikely. Perhaps a team like Arsenal could rescue him from obscurity by giving him the opportunity to play at the top levels again? Source(s):
