Tracked by Wenger for long periods of time, he finally ended up signing a young Samir Nasri who he believed would be a midfield maestro for years to come. Sadly we all know how that turned out whilst Ben Arfa continued to improve his game and delight Newcastle fans with arguably one of the best goals of last season against Bolton at St. James Park. With Theo now aiming to play down the middle and Oxlade-Chamberlain looking to be a midfielder rather than a right winger, Ben Arfa would provide pace, strength and ambition to a right wing that hasn't been used effectively since the days of Pires and Ljungberg. Serge Gnabry is seen as the next big thing, but how many games and how much time would he need to be able to make the right wing slot his own?
