In his five seasons at the Westfalenstadion, Jürgen Klopp has done a fantastic job with young players. Whether it's been promoting them through the youth system (Mario Götze, Sven Bender, Nuri ahin) or bringing them in from abroad at a young age (Robert Lewandowski & Shinji Kagawa), Klopp has eye for talent.
