Another former Barca boy on the list, de Boer has done a great job in the Eredivisie with three titles in the past three years with his Ajax team. He was offered an interview for the Liverpool last year but turned it down to remain at Ajax. However with three titles in the bag it is hard to see how he can improve with all the rising stars likely to be poached by the major European clubs, it would be hard for Ajax to make a impression on the later stages of the Champions League.
