Bayer Leverkusen vs Man Utd - How Red Devils Should Line Up
Holding Midfield - Ryan Giggs
Against Cardiff, Tom Cleverley and Marouane Fellaini started together in midfield, a pairing that should avoided at all costs from this point on. The duo rarely clicked together and it just simply didn't work out. In the absence of the injured Michael Carrick, David Moyes has had to experiment in the middle of the park, but for me, he should look no further than Ryan Giggs on Wednesday. The veteran Welshman can control the tempo of the game with his level-headed style of play and passing abilities, and the wealth of experience he has in the Champions League is invaluable. Giggs brings a certain level of composure to the United team that has been missing since Carrick's injury, and for must-win games such as these, the 39-year-old is still a big-game player.
