4. Michael Laudrup
Michael Laudrup has just guided Swansea City to their first major cup success in their 101-year history by winning the Capital One Cup at Wembley last weekend. The Swans also dumped Chelsea out of the competition, by winning 2-0 at Stamford Bridge before drawing 0-0 at the Liberty Stadium to progress to their first major cup final in their history. Laudrup's team also play with the sort of flair that Roman Abramovich has always wanted his Chelsea teams to emulate. They are good in possession, quick on the ball and pass it around neatly, and were once dubbed "Arsenal lite". If the former Barcelona player can get Chelsea playing with the same sort of panache Swansea do, he could be successful at the Bridge. If he could persuade Michu to come with him, he could be even more of a success.
