3. David Moyes
David Moyes is one of the front runners to land the Chelsea job and is considered 4/1 favourite to replace Benitez, according to
Sky Bet. His future at Goodison Park is unclear after the Everton boss delayed negotiations of a new deal until the end of the season. With his current contract at the club set to expire in the summer, the club's hierarchy are growing more and more concerned that he could leave. Moyes has achieved a fair amount as a manager despite being hamstrung by a modest, shoestring budget in comparison to those currently above his side in the table, yet Everton are snapping at the heels of Arsenal for a fifth place finish this term. If the Scot was given a transfer warchest at Chelsea, he could demonstrate just how good a coach he really is. He's never had the opportunity to manage top, world class players and it'd be interesting to see what would happen if given the chance.
