Sky Sports. The contract means that Adidas will continue to manufacturer the kits until 2023, which will gift Jose Mourinho€™s side more than £18 million on annual basis. Chelsea already receive around £18 million a season from shirt sponsors Samsung after extending their contract with the South Korean electronics company back in 2012, but the new deal with Adidas is being described as €œthe biggest to date€ suggesting the fee will surpass the deal with Samsung. The Chief Executive for the club, Ron Gourlay, has said:

"Both organisations share the same ethos and ambition and the new deal reaffirms adidas' belief in the club's status in world football.
He continued:
"This is the biggest deal to date Chelsea FC has signed with a partner and will see the sports brand continue to be the official sponsor and sportswear supplier for the club over the next 10 years.
Chelsea began the partnership with Adidas back in 2006 and after seven seasons with the German manufacturer, both parties have now agreed a new deal which will take the partnership into its 17th year. The London-based club have been incredibly successful in their seven years with Adidas having won the Premier League, four FA Cups, UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and the League Cup. Chelsea released a new home and away strip this month in preparation for the upcoming season, you can view the new kits being modeled by the club's key stars here.
