Chelsea Transfer News: Benayoun Re-Joining West Ham

Former Hammer set to rejoin Sam Allardyce's men on loan?

According to the Daily Express, former West Ham midfielder Yossi Benayoun could be set for a return to the Hamemrs from current club Chelsea on deadline-day after spending last season on loan at Arsenal. He made 19 appearances for the Emirates club, and according to that report will head out of the door on a temporary basis after Chelsea spent a fortune strengthening their attacking midfield options. West Ham are understood to be one of two clubs chasing his loan signing from Chelsea, a rumour started by the player himself yesterday when he took to Twitter to confirm as much. The Israeli yesterday tweeted: €œI can confirm that I€™m in talks with two Premier League clubs about a loan move.€ According to the Express, it is Aston Villa who are believed to be the other interested club. The Israeli has just one year remaining on his current deal with Chelsea and he has also been linked with moves to Fulham, West Ham and Greek side Olympiakos this summer, according to Goal.com. What do you think Chelsea fans? Are you happy to see the back of Benayoun? Would you prefer to see a permanent outgoing deal for the Israeli? Share your thoughts below.
