Chelsea Transfers: 5 La Liga Players Jose Mourinho Would Love To Sign

1. Cesc Fabregas

Fabregas Despite comments made by Cesc Fabregas that he intends to stay with current club Barcelona, rumours linking the ex-Arsenal midfielder with a move to Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and City refuse to die with speculation that the Premier League's top four are each plotting £25 million offers. Fabregas was one of Arsenal's most important players during his eight-year stay in North London but Chelsea will be aiming to bring him back to the capital after the midfielder was forced to look on from the substitute's bench for much of last season as he did not feature in Tito Vilanova€™s best eleven. The Spanish international, currently contesting the Confederations Cup, has been a long-term target of Chelsea's and was linked with a £50 million move to Stamford Bridge in 2011. And now Mourinho will be hoping a deal can actually be completed this time round, and though he faces a number of obstacles in wrapping up any such deal, there's no questioning he would love to sign Fabregas. Which La Liga stars would you like to see at Stamford Bridge? Let us know in the comment section, below.
