Kurt Zouma has been with Chelsea since a £12 million move in 2012, and since then has had loan spells with Saint-Etienne and Stoke City, but has also amassed a lot of first team experience, making 71 appearances in all competitions. This experience has made the centre back one of Chelsea's hottest prospects.

The London club may not be willing to let Zouma leave, since right now they are quite short on options at the back and he himself may not want to drop down to Championship level after making 34 Premier League appearances for Stoke last season. But if Frank Lampard can use his influence to bring any player from Stamford Bridge to Pride Park it should be the Frenchman.

As with Kalas, Zouma would add some youth into Lampard's side, and would bring with him an incredible amount of experience for such a young player. Any permanent transfer is off the table, but a season of having Zouma at the back would certainly put The Rams in a better position come the end of the season.
