3. Domenico Criscito
The former Genoa and Juventus left-back is currently plying his trade at Russian club Zenit St. Petersburg and is just one of the reasons why the Russian club have been such a dominant force domestically over the past year. He is highly underrated at the moment and was denied an opportunity to make a name for himself as a world class left-back last summer as he was forced to sit out Euro 2012 with Italy due to the match-fixing scandals which embroiled the country at the time. His reputation since then has taken a bit of a battering even though he has since been cleared of the charges against him. He is expected to re-take his place as Italys number one left-back and should soon be back on the radar for the worlds biggest clubs. Source(s):
