Chelsea will offer Everton £20million* in January for Marouane Fellaini, as they look to bulk up their midfield. The Belgian internationals career has been up in the air ever since he inexplicably headbutted Stokes Ryan Shawcross, for which he is still serving a suspension. Now, Chelsea look to capitalise on that uncertainty by making a concrete offer. In September, Fellaini himself stated this season "would be one of his last" at Goodison Park.** That sent alarm bells ringing at Everton and alerted both Chelsea and Real Madrid to his potential availability.
