Chelsea Transfers: Five Replacements For Frank Lampard

1. Michu

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLXWzsBfO3E Michu is the form player of the season, and his 14 goals this season has really helped him make a name for himself since his signing from Rayo Vallecano for a paltry fee of £2million this summer. He has scored in some pretty big games of late, namely the equaliser against Manchester United as Swansea held them to a draw a week ago. He was also the highest scoring midfielder in La Liga last season with 17 goals from 39 games, and it is a wonder that he ended up at Swansea given the interest shown by Man United and Liverpool at the time. Still, Michu is just the type of player Chelsea need right now, especially if the goals start to dry up again for Torres. Having a helping hand on the goal front might just alleviate the pressure on Torres at the moment, whilst also adding another Spaniard to the ranks to join Mata could work wonders in forging a cohesive unit at the Bridge.
