England vs France Teams: Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain Starts

Team news ahead of England vs France in Group D's opening Euro 2012 encounter at the Donbass Arena in Donetsk. Kick-off time is at 5pm (UK time) and the match is screening live on BBC 1 in the UK. Arsenal's 18-year-old youngster Alex-Oxlade Chamberlain gets the surprise start for England, winning only his third cap. Manager Roy Hodgson has selected him over Liverpool winger Stuart Downing who had been widely tipped for a starting birth. James Milner will play on the right hand side of the midfield ahead of Theo Walcott, with Danny Welbeck preferred to Andy Caroll up front.
