Everton Next Manager: 5 Replacements For David Moyes

4. Roberto Di Matteo

Roberto Di Matteo is perhaps the only unemployed manager with the words "Champions League Winner" proudly emblazoned across his CV. The Italian was cruelly axed by Chelsea last November despite winning both the FA Cup and Champions League last May, and was hurriedly replaced by former Liverpool boss Rafael Benitez. Since then he has been on the lookout for a new club to manage and the vacancy that is about to open at Goodison Park could be too tempting for him to turn down. Di Matteo is a likable character and a successful one at that. He went from West Brom boss to Bayern Munich beater in last season's Champions League final and at 42, is one of the more promising up-and-coming young coaches around.
