Everton Transfers: 5 Replacements For Marouane Fellaini

1. Mohamed Sissoko

mohamed sissoko Strange one this?! Everton want a former Liverpool player! Apparently so. Well, the reason why is that the Frenchman is considered to be very reliable, strong in the tackle and has lots of strength that makes him difficult to play against. Furthermore, he is seen a very effective pivot point between defence and attack. However, the man who played for the Reds between 2005-2008 has been frozen out of contention at PSG by fellow central midfielders Blaise Matuidi, Clement Chantome and Marco Veratti, so he is looking to ply his trade elsewhere. Reportedly, the Malian was a chief target for Olympiakos, but decided against signing for the Greeks in order for other potential suitors like Everton to throw their hat in the ring and declare an interest. If this comes off, I'm sure a few Merseysiders, whether on the Red or Blue side of things may be perplexed at such an acquisition.
