15. Sean Dyche - Burnley

A pragmatic manager in the best sense of the word, Sean Dyche transformed Burnley from Championship relegation candidates to legitimate Premier League mainstays in the space of less than a decade, and has gone on to take the team into Europe for the first time in more than half a century.

Dyche's direct and no-nonsense managerial style appears to be a holdout from the former centre-back's playing days. After getting his start in Nottingham Forest's Academy, Dyche would leave the club without making a senior appearance and would go on to turn out for the likes of Chesterfield, Millwall, and Watford among others before making the move into coaching in 2007.
