13. Ralph Hasenhüttl - Southampton

Though his team appear to have just managed to avoid becoming embroiled in the relegation battle at the bottom of the Premier League table, Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhüttl is no stranger to fighting for survival as a manager.

During his playing career though, Hasenhüttl was more accustomed to winning silverware than battling to avoid the drop, picking up four league titles during his time in his native Austria.

Hasenhüttl would later go on to a less successful stint outside of his homeland, making a move to German giants Bayern Munich during his twilight years, but he ultimately spent two years in the reserves before retiring in 2004.
