Manager: Antonio Conte

Points: 93

Other Honours: None

By far the most underrated champions of the Premier League, it's easy to forget how good Antonio Conte's Chelsea because of the dominance of City and Liverpool in the following seasons.

Now it must be said that they benefited from a lack of European football and their opponents weren't as good as they should have been. Mourinho, Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp were still adjusting to life in Manchester and Liverpool, Arsenal were stagnating under Wenger and their main opponents Spurs were being, well, spursy.

Regardless, they were the very first team to crack 30 wins in a single season and their total of 93 points is the fourth highest on this list. Conte, albeit briefly, revolutionised the English game with his implementing of the back three, made stars out former flops Marcos Alonso and Victor Moses and cemented N'Golo Kante as one of the best defensive midfielders in the world. Not bad.
