Points: 84 (42 game season)

Other Honours: None

The very first Premier League winning side hasn't held up as well compared to their successors. The first few months of the season were a struggle for United but it all turned around thanks to the arrival of the controversial Cantona.

Their admittedly excellent end of season form saw them crowned champions 10 points ahead of Aston Villa, with Norwich in third (yeah it was a weird time), but 84 points in a 42 game season instead of the usual 38 isn't great and a total of 67 goals scored is the lowest of all the winning teams.

Still, the inaugural champions deserve credit for being the first, their squad filled with stars including Peter Schmeichel, Mark Hughes and Steve Bruce.
