Every Premier League Winning Team Ranked From Worst To Best

Manager: Kenny Daglish

Points: 89 (42 game season)

Other Honours: None

The team everyone forgets, Blackburn Rovers haven't been the same since their heroic title win but during the 1990s they had some real quality in their team, most notably the lethal strike-force of Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton who scored a mind-boggling 49 league goals between them.

Captained by Tim Sherwood, Rovers pipped Manchester United by just one point, despite losing seven games, the most of any team on the list.

Given the monopoly than United and Arsenal had over the league until the mid-2000s, Blackburn Rovers' achievement cannot be understated even if it isn't as great at other triumphs.
