This is either a reference to Die Mannschaft's World Cup '90 strip, or, rather less logically, defunct adventure game studio Sierra. Either way, it's one for the traditionalists, only marginally spoiled by that enormous gold carbuncle splonked in the centre to celebrate the country's 2014 triumph. Sort of puts you off winning the thing.
