Formula 1 2013 Japanese Grand Prix – Sebastian Vettel Closes On Title

Looking Ahead

Two weeks time will see Formula 1 land in India again for the third race in the country. With the drivers title over without the most ridiculous upset in the history of the sport, eyes will be on the race for second in the constructors championship. Ferrari lead Mercedes by just ten points, who in turn lead Lotus by 23 points. With the way Lotus have been scoring points lately they might just make a late charge in the constructors title to bag valuable money available for 2014, and it could make for a very exciting end to the season. There are four races left to go this season, and there are plenty of points on the table for those three teams. Behind them, McLaren and Force India are still fighting for fifth place and one result could swing things around, especially with Sauber behind them scoring strongly in Japan and Hulkenberg on great form. On top of that, there are lots of drivers fighting for their future in the sport such as Massa, Perez, Gutierrez and Hulkenberg, and their own personal wants could make for some exciting wheel-to-wheel action as they battle to show off. Hopefully it will make the Indian Grand Prix memorable, something it's not managed in its previous two years.
