They have arguably one of the strongest driver line-ups on the grid. Nico Rosberg has won two races this year and put in some stunning performances. However a number of reliability problems has hit his recent form during races. Lewis Hamilton has been more consistent over the course of the season but he has too dropped back recently. This drop in form has not been the fault of the drivers. The team still has some way to go to challenge for titles but have two very talented drivers. Unlike the current situation with Ross Brawn and confusion over director roles, both drivers will be remaining for next year.
