Fulham vs Everton - Team News, Match Preview & Likely Line-Ups

Match Preview

Both Fulham and Everton have endured indifferent League Cup campaigns this season. Despite both clubs making it to the Third Round of the competition, they each suffered scares against lower-league opposition in the previous round. Fulham dramatically prevailed over League Two Burton Albion after Hugo Rodallega's late, 117th-minute strike gave the Cottagers a 5-4 win, while Everton needed a last-ditch Marouane Fellaini goal to see off League One outfit Stevenage. Both will be hoping for a lot less drama and plainer sailing to the next stage tonight, but Fulham will have to reverse a worrying trend of form that has not seen them reach the Fourth Round in nearly 10 years to do so. Everton are undefeated this season but have only once reached Round Four of the League Cup in the last quarter of a century, with a David Moyes-led side reaching the semi-final stage in the 2007-08 season. History beckons for each of these clubs then, but who will record a new milestone in their history books?
