1. David Moyes
The Everton manager recently celebrated ten years in charge of the Goodison Park side but ever since he led the Toffees to a 4th place finish in 2005, his name has been linked with a move to a bigger and more solvent club. The sale of Wayne Rooney and Joleon Lescott were inevitable, but the deadline transfer of Mikel Arteta to Arsenal to repay Evertons overdraft was the final straw for Moyes. While he was allowed to buy Nikola Jelavic in January from an even more cash strapped Rangers, Moyes knows he will never see the funds his rival managers enjoy. Everton need a new stadium as well but with no investors on the horizon, the blues look set for another tough season next year. A third consecutive seventh place would be yet more over-achievement.
