He's not featured heavily in terms of exclusive content or interviews, but Marcelo Bielsa is the main man at Leeds and has to be given the credit he deserves.

Bielsa has completely changed the entire ethos of the club. No longer is it simply about turning up to train and hoping to win on a Saturday. It's more than that. So much more.

The Argentinian coach has turned the playing side of things on its head. Players now eat properly, behave off the field as they should and put in long shifts at the training ground to master Bielsa's plan.

A tactical genius who succeeds by commanding respect and not fear from his players, it's so easy to see why managers like Pep Guardiola and Mauricio Pochettino admire him so much.

Bielsa loves Leeds. He loves the city, he loves his players and he loves the fans. That love is reciprocated ten times over in return.

It's remarkable to see what he has done at the club in such a short space of time and the only way is up for Leeds based on what we've seen here.
