1. Patience Off The Pitch
4 managers in 2 years is nothing like what you expect from Liverpool Football Club, and if they have any intention of reclaiming their reputation as a club that sticks by it's managers, Brendan Rodgers must be given time and patience. He has inherited a squad with many holes, still suffering from poor decision making in last years transfer window. He has players low in confidence after a morale-sapping season, and is looking to completely change his sides approach to football matches with a philosophy he inherently believes in. A philosophy that mimics that of The Liverpool Way. If there is a manager out there that can instil a new style and make Liverpool great again, it may well be Brendan Rodgers. But it will not be done this season, and not next season. It will take a long time, and many losses and setbacks will come before then, but the people behind the scenes at Liverpool must be patient.
