3. lvaro Morata
The young Spaniard has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid ever since new club manager Carlo Ancelotti
failed to assure him of first-team football when he took over earlier in the summer. Rodgers is reputedly interested, and
reports of a possible bid have been floating around. The 20-year-old,
who won the Golden Boot at the recent European U21 Championships, has been
compared to former Spanish international Fernando Morientes. His signing would represent a significant coup on the part of Liverpool's, and could well prove to become a massive star, having already managed game-time in La Liga and "El Classico" for the Spanish runners-up. However, rumours that Tottenham want him included in the
ongoing Gareth Bale transfer negotiations may take this talented youngster out of Liverpool's hands entirely.
