3. Thibaut Courtois
Athletico Madrid shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois, on loan from Chelsea, has been in superb form for the La Liga side in the last one-and-a-half seasons. Sent to the Spanish outfit on a double season loan in 2011, Courtois' stock has risen greatly, and the Belgium international is now tipped to become one of the greatest goalkeepers in the game if he can continue his development at a top side. The 21-year old is currently behind Petr Cech in the pecking order at Chelsea, but Athletico Madrid have used the promising 'keeper as their number one choice. Making 20 clean sheets during the 2012/13 campaign, Courtois has been solid between the sticks, but would be hard to sign off Chelsea. The Europe League winners rate the 21-year old very highly, and have slapped a large
asking price on his head as a result - £20 million. From what has been seen already at Athletico Madrid, Courtois has proven he can play at the top level, so there's no reason why he wouldn't now succeed at Manchester City despite his young age.
