4. He Has An Eye For Goal
For a player that is primarily a defensive midfielder, in his short career at Estadio Juan Domingo Peron, the youngster has netted seven times in the last two seasons, and some of the goals he has scored have been wonderfully creative. In particular his goal for Racing in their match against Tigre in November of last year, where Zuculini broke forward from his deeper position and dribbled round a couple of players before cheekily lobbing the keeper who had come off his line. The skill represents something that City's midfielders are lacking somewhat. Fernandinho, purchased in the summer from Ukrainian outfit Shakhtar Donetsk, has provided a base for the City midfield, and he does not get forward all too often, leaving Yaya Toure and David Silva with the task of creating goals. Zuculini in years to come could add a new dimension to the play at City, with the ability to get forward and score goals whilst also firming up the defensive side of the team.
