"Fergie Time" was a phrase coined by exasperated rival fans bewildered and annoyed by the sheer amount of injury time United were awarded when they were in a losing position. The Red Devils are famed for late goals that turn draws into last-gasp victories, though sceptics owe that to severe leniency on the part of the officials rather than an indomitable spirit and unbreakable will to win. But does said "Fergie Time" still exist under David Moyes? Is there such a thing as "Moyesie time"? The Manchester Evening News crunched the numbers and the answer is no. Interestingly, United get more injury time when they are winning, or in other words, when they don't need it, and LESS when they are drawing, and could benefit from a few extra minutes on the clock. The average injury time awarded when United are in a winning position at 90 minutes is five, and only 4.4 minutes when they're drawing. What interesting stats do you know about the David Moyes era?
