Man Utd: 5 Huge Mistakes David Moyes Keeps Making

1. Ignoring Javier Hernandez

It might be stating the obvious, but what United need right now is goals. The Red Devils have only scored 11 times this season - fewer than the teams currently occupying the top 4 spots - and it is this lack of firepower and ability to finish off games (I.e against Southampton) that has led to their decline. Surely then Javier Hernandez should be playing more frequently than the mere 87 minutes he has clocked up on the pitch this season? Oh how United could have benfited from having a predatory striker in the box when they were going in search of that elusive second goal against the Saints at the weekend. Yet for some reason, Moyes, like he has done with Kagawa, has decided not to play the Mexican, despite the fact he is statistically far more potent in front of goal than the likes of Danny Welbeck. And it is ignorance's such as these that are costing United this season. How do you explain United's dreadful start to the season? Should David Moyes shoulder the blame?
