Man Utd: 5 Reasons Why They'll Definitely Win The Title

4. City Haven't Strengthened

The January transfer window gave Roberto Mancini a chance to strengthen his side by bringing in a few new recruits and really hit the ground running in the New Year in their pursuit of United. A new striker, perhaps, or at the very least another central midfielder to fill the void of the much-missed Yaya Toure while he contested the African Cup of Nations wouldn't have gone amiss. Instead Mancini did nothing, and his side are even lighter on attacking impetus now that Mario Balotelli has departed for AC Milan. City only have three out-and-out strikers on their books now, and if something were to happen to one of Carlos Tevez, Sergio Aguero or Edin Dzeko, you'd have to worry for them. United on the other hand have four strikers - Danny Welbeck, Javier Hernandez, Wayne Rooney and Robin van Persie. This extra firepower may yet end up being crucial in the title race.
