Man Utd Transfer News: Lewandowski Targets Premier League Move

Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski has admitted that he would love to play in the Premier League.

Borussia Dortmund striker Robert Lewandowski has admitted that he would love to play in the Premier League, according to the Daily Mail. The 23-year-old Polish international has been a target of United boss Sir Alex Ferguson all summer and if Lewandowski arrives at Old Trafford he will be reunited with former teammate and new Red Devil, Shinji Kagawa Lewandowski has told Polish television station TVP:
"This (the Premier League) is a league that I would like to play in, and I hope it happens sometime."
The striker has quickly established himself at the German side, scoring 30 goals in all competitions in just 46 appearances. Whilst his form may have attracted the attention of Sir Alex, Lewandowski€™s performances has also attracted interest from Premier League side Arsenal, who are searching for a replacement for Robin Van Persie. With news that Manchester United are confident of securing the signing of Arsenal€™s Robin Van Persie despite having a bid rejected on Friday, Lewandowski could see find himself being transferred to the Emirates as a straight replacement for Arsenal€™s top goalscorer last season.
