Man Utd Transfer News: Nani & Anderson To White Hart Lane?

Manchester United are ready to consider offers of £15 million for their Portuguese winger Nani and Anderson could also be heading for the Old Trafford exit.

Mail Online, Manchester United are ready to consider offers of £15 million for their Portuguese winger Nani, in order to recuperate some of the cash the Red Devils have spent this summer. United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has spent £45 million on five new additions this summer, including the blockbuster signings of striker Robin van Persie and young star Shinji Kagawa. The Red Devils have enjoyed a very busy summer transfer window, spending three times more than Champions Man City, and now United are looking to regain some of their transfer spending by offloading Nani. The Mail Online reports that Tottenham Hotspur boss Andre Villas-Boas has been put on alert regarding Nani's availability, after he failed to agree a new contract at Old Trafford. However they report much stronger interest at Spurs in United's 24-year-old Brazilian Anderson, who they could make a move for if the North London club fail to secure their top target - Porto's Joao Moutinho. Tottenham's Luka Modric is expected to make his way to Real Madrid this week, leaving Villas-Boas until Friday to bring in a replacement. Tottenham have already spent £23 million this summer on Emmanuel Adebayor, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Jan Vertonghen but by selling Niko Kranjcar, Vedran Corluka, Steven Pienaar and Sebastien Bassong, they have managed to recoup £21 million with more to come after Modric is sold. In terms of Nani, the Portugese international was left out of United€™s 3-2 home win over Fulham on Saturday, which suggests that he may struggle to break into the first team regularly next season. Sir Alex Ferguson still has Antonio Valencia and Ashley Young and if they were to take a knock, Fergie has already proven that Rooney and Welbeck can fit into those wide roles.
