Man Utd Transfers: 10 Flops Who Must Follow David Moyes Out Of Old Trafford
3. Shinji Kagawa
There's no doubting Shinji Kagawa is a talented player. But sadly, he has to go down with the likes of Juan Sebastian Veron and Andriy Shevchenko because it just hasn't worked out for the Japan international in the Premier League. With 17 goals to his name in what proved to be his final season for Borussia Dortmund in 2011-12, big things were expected of Kagawa when he moved to United. But in England, he has struggled, netting just six goals in 53 outings. But the real problem is that there is simply no longer a place for the playmaker in the starting XI. The emergence of Adnan Januzaj has limited his playing time, while he has made just six league appearances since Juan Mata's arrival from Chelsea in January. It might sound unfair and unwise to label Kagawa as 'a flop' - he is definitely a real talent, but sadly, has yet to show he is able to acclimatise to the English game.
